Steven R. Pavlow, is Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of QLTCN. Mr. Pavlow has extensive experience in nursing and hospital operations in California, New York City and Saudi Arabia where he was responsible for opening a newly-organized, full-service 100 bed hospital. Mr. Pavlow has held senior operating positions with acute-care hospitals, convalescent homes , geriatric and specialty units for over thirty years. Mr. Pavow holds a masters degree in healthcare administration from New York University.
QLTCN is acutely attuned with the certainty of national health care reform and the development of a more cost-effective health care delivery system available to the masses. The focus of the company is clearly in unison with the concept of delivering a higher level of care to the medically-dependent senior and disabled in the more cost-effective environment of the nursing facility. QLTCN has specifically designed its acquisition approach to meet the eminent shift in the nation’s health care system and is well positioned to deal with the challenges that reform presents.
